  • Right to give or refuse consent for any diagnostic or treatment procedure

Patient Responsibilities

  • Give true personal details, including full name, address, contact number, income details, and insurance information
  • Share your correct and complete medical history, including past illnesses, hospital stays, surgeries, other procedures, and medicines taken
  • Follow your appointment schedule, and inform us in advance if you need to cancel
  • Maintain a peaceful and respectful relationship with hospital staff and other patients
  • Follow the treatment plan given by your doctor, and tell the doctor right away if you are unable to follow it or want to consider other options
  • Clear your payment dues on time, and coordinate with hospital staff for insurance payments
  • Follow the hospital's 'no smoking', 'no alcohol', and 'no non-vegetarian food' policy
  • Avoid actions that cause inconvenience or risk to hospital staff, patients, or visitors, such as littering, playing loud music, talking loudly, or carrying weapons on hospital premises
